The 80 m² Appartement – Innsbruck is located in the centre of the Innsbruck, the Tyrolean capital, in the Mariahilf area. It is in the second floor of an historical building right by the Inn river and the Inn bridge which crosses it. The apartment occupies a quiet spot despite being very close to the old town. Innsbruck’s best shops, cafes and restaurants, the market square and market hall with its enviable range of farmer’s produce, as well as the Kaufhaus Tyrol shopping mall are all within easy reach.
Take advantage of Innsbruck’s sporting opportunities and make use of the many leisure activities on offer. From the apartment, it is only a 7-minute walk to the Hungerburg funicular railway. Designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, it can connect you to the Nordpark ski arena, 2256m above sea level.

The apartment offers ample space for 5 (6) people. A complete renovation was carried out in 2011, providing all the comforts and equipment you would expect to find in a modern city centre apartment, and consists of:
Living room with large integrated kitchen
The premium kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, a full compliment of kitchen utensils, crockery and seating for up to 6 people. In the living room you can relax in sumptuous armchairs, and also features a coffee table, cabinet, hammock, 50-inch flatscreen TV (with up to 80 channels), a HiFi stereo system (with iPod and USB connectivity) as well as a collection of games.
Large bedroom
Featuring walk-in wardrobe, a double kingsize bed (180 x 200 cm) with a STONE PINE frame, bedside reading lamps, 40-inch flatscreen TV, an additional sofa-bed and a cherry wood table and 2-chair set. Wireless internet, as well as a cable internet connection, are also available.
Small bedroom
Features a double kingsize bed (160 x 200 cm) with STONE PINE frame with reading lamps, dressing table with mirror and a 40-inch flatscreen TV. This room also has a walk-in wardrobe and wireless/cable internet connectivity.
In the entrance hallway you will find a coat cupboard and shoe rack. From here you can access the toilet, separate from the spacious bathroom, which features wash basin, a large bath tub with shower plus a washing machine.
On request, a parking place is also available for use in the same building
A baby-changing table and bathtub is also available.
Pets may be accommodated on request.
Refreshments: Just around the corner, next to the beautiful baroque dome of the Mariahilf church, you will find a cozy café-bakery with garden. They serve an excellent breakfast for a very reasonable price which comes highly recommended.
